Kona Yuki Ski Lodge, Falls Creek

Construction needed to be commenced and completed outside of the snow season, thus the construction form was critical to allow these constraints to be met.  Additionally there was a significant fall across the site and a suitable, safe and constructable retention system was to be developed prior to any design work developing.

Continguous piling was adopted to ensure that nearby ski lodges were protected throughout the duration of the building works and afterwards. This required extensive consultation with the geotechnical consultant. It is our belief that forming excellent working relationships with all project consultants, leads to good communication and great results.
